In 2001 I had brought my jeep in to have my engine replaced and it cost about 2700 which was a fair price however 3 days after I got the vehicle back the engine caught fire burning my friends hands and arms when we tried to extinguish it but it had sprayed gas over everything and I had posted a review on Facebook where they commented back saying why bring up ancient history bahahah saying the shop people were in elementary school at the time a total millennial response which was a shock to me if I was a business owner I would do everything in my power to make it right
Hi Jeffery! Thank you for your review! In this case we are unable to verify you as a customer, due to the 19 years since we last saw you. Your story sounds terrible, and it is extremely unfortunate. I have interviewed all of our team members that were here in 2001, and was unable to gather enough information to move forward. You are correct that the majority of our team are millennials, you are also correct that they were in elementary school in 2001. I wish the millennials were here when your concern happened, then we would be able to handle it in a more effective manner. Regardless of our individual team member's generation, we strive to excel in honesty, family, and integrity in everything that we do. I apologize for your poor experience.
