When our daughter joined us during the Christmas break, her car dash lights warned of a coolant problem. I called, they fit us in and ran a diagnostic. Didn’t find a problem and suggested that may have caused the warning light. Was ready to foot a bill, but no charge was made. So impressed with their honesty and accommodation. This Spring will be taking it in to have the timing belt changed. They won my trust.

I am a many times user of Denny's Auto for the past 3-4 decades, as I have found your staff work to be reliable, knowledgeable, and timely. I appreciate when there is something unusual wrong that you consult others as needed, with relevant expertise, as was the case this past week so the probability of discovering an unusual or uncommon problem can be addressed accurately and quickly. I took my car in a whole ago to see if they could fix an oil leak. I called and asked if they did free quotes and was assured they did. When they called and gave me the quote I decided to not do the repair. When I got in they tried to charge me 120 bucks for stuff they never told me they were going to do I agreed to pay sixty because some of what they had to do was due to me overfilling the oil so they had to drain it. I believe in being fair so I paid half but the other half was straight up attempted robbery. Highly dishonest.

Our highly trained technicians need to be paid for their time spent on a vehicle. Reviewing your file, all that was done was finding the source of the oil leak and a complimentary courtesy inspection, that we do on every vehicle. We believe in upfront and honest communication. It appears that you have had an extremely similar issue at another shop before. Again, I apologize for your experience, we will have a meeting in your honor to discuss what we can do better.

Denny's auto has done a better inspection of my vehicle compared to any shops I have dealt with. I used to take my car to another place and the check engine light was always on thereafter. Denny's auto was able to take care of my vehicle and the check engine light!!

Came in for oil change and emissions and registration tags. Great service, informed me upfront of their discount for the oil change service and got me done in under 40 minutes while I waited. I will definitely use them again.
